Samar has worked in Self Managed Superannution and Business Services at Garfield Mayall, who joined WHK on 1 June, 2010, for over 8 years. 

With over 13 years experience in Taxation and Accounting services she has gained considerable experience from a range of engagements including:

• Preparing and reviewing Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for Individuals, Companies, Partnerships, Trusts and Superannuation Funds
  
• Advising clients on effective Tax Planning strategies
  
• Advising clients on effective Business Structures
  
• Helping clients in developing their business and maximising their business returns
  
• Providing support to the Trustees of Self Managed Superannuation Funds in conducting their role in the day to day management of their Superannuation Funds with regard to contributions rules, paying of benefits and pension rules, investments restrictions and other matters as set out in the SIS Act & the Income Tax Assessment Act
  
• Working with a large variety of clients from simple individuals to complicated structured clients with more than 20 entities in their group and millions of dollars in their investments and businesses

Samar offers advice and support to her clients across a broad range of businesses and industries including:

She is also currently undertaking Masters of Tax Law which will further deepen her tax law knowledge and enhance her ability to service her clients.
