Simon joined WHK Lending & Finance in January 2006 having previously worked in the National Australia Bank for 17 years, spending his prior 3 years as Senior Commercial & Business Lending Manager, Colac.
He gained considerable management experience in all facets of Lending & Finance including Commercial, Rural, Home and Investment and Equipment lending.
Simon has over 20 years experience in Lending & Finance and can provide service and advice in:

- Commercial Lending
- Rural / Farm Lending
- Equity Finance
- Property Development Finance
- Leasing, Hire Purchase, Chattel Mortgages and Novated Leasing
- Insurance Premium Funding
- Full Lending reviews & Bank negotiations
Simon is a Senior Lending Manager in the WHK Lending & Finance division and has accreditation with over 30 Lending & Finance Institutions which enables him to negotiate on your behalf the most appropriate borrowing strategy, loan structure, interest rates, loan conditions etc in the market place.
In addition to this, Simon has the support of specialist resources in the areas of Tax Accounting, Financial Planning, Risk Protection and General Insurance which his clients can access.
Simon has filled Committee/Board member positions in Colac and is a member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
