Wayne joined the WHK Colac office in 1987 after commencing his accounting career at Touche Ross and Co (now Deloitte) in Melbourne in 1983.  He became a Principal in the Colac office in 1991.

With over 20 years experience Wayne provides advice in:

  • Business Structuring
  • Income Tax and Indirect Taxes (eg GST)
  • Professional Services Advisory and Management Accounting
  • Small Business Coaching and Financial Analysis
  • Succession and Retirement Planning 

Wayne has developed significant skills in Business Mentoring and Succession Planning stemming from ongoing involvement in community Board roles and successfully completing a 12 month course in Business Planning, Coaching and Leadership.  His involvement as a board member of Colac's two largest employers provides local expertise on a broad range of business, financial and workforce issues that is invaluable for Small Business Advisory and Financial Analysis projects.

He is a current Board Member / Treasurer of Colac Area Health, a Director of CRF Group Ltd (food processing) and a Committee Member / Treasurer of Anam Cara House Colac.
