Victor joined Larkin Gilbert & Mahoney, now WHK, in 1984 having previously worked in Melbourne and Camperdown for 5 years at the ANZ Bank. He has over 25 years experience in accounting services and now specialises in all aspects of Taxation and Fringe Benefits Tax.

Victor is a Committee/Board member of the South West Community Foundation - Colac Sub Fund which is raising funds to help underprivileged groups in the Colac community. He is also a supporter of the Colac Football Club, a keen fisherman and part owner of Bourdonstreetblues, a racehorse which won 5 country cups in 2010.
