Jim is the founder of the WHK Lending & Finance Broking model that was launched Australia wide in 2002 and has accreditation with over 30 lending institutions. This enables him to negotiate on a client's behalf the most appropriate borrowing strategy, loan structure, interest rates, loans conditions etc in the market place.

In addition to this, Jim has the support of specialist resources in the areas of Tax Accounting, Financial Planning, Risk Protection and General Insurance which his clients can access.

Jim has and continues to be involved in numerous committees and boards within the local Colac community and is a member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
