Bruce joined WHK (previously known as Mahoney Gavens) in 1982,  having previously worked in Melbourne and Camperdown, and is now Chief Executive of WHK Western Victoria.

As one of 19 Chief Executives in the WHK Group, Bruce represents the Western Victoria region in all national management decisions. He also administers the Western Victorian region including 10 offices, 28 Principals and over 320 staff. WHK is a publicly listed company and is the 5th largest accounting firm in Australia with over 130 offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Buce has over 33 years experience in Accounting and Financial Services and being the son of dairy farmers, he had a special interest in accounting for dairy farming clients.

He is the immediate past President of the Colac Football Netball Club (affiliated with the Geelong Football League) and has held many other positions on local committees including President and Committee member of Elliminyt Primary School (10 years), President and Committee member of Colac High School (8 years). He has also been a committee member of the Colac Golf Club (4 years), Colac Otway Business and Retailers Association and coached several local junior and senior sporting teams.

Bruce is married to Judi and has 4 children. He enjoys participating in triathlons, bike riding and racing, skiing, swimming, running and golf.
