Russell joined WHK in 1994. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Honours) through the University of Southern Queensland in 1993, specialising in Business Law. Russell is based in our Dalby office. One of his specialties includes Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority (QRAA) issues.
