Dividend Reinvestment Plan

WHK Group re-introduced a Dividend Renivestment Plan in February 2008 which first applied to the 2008 interim dividend.

This plan offers eligible shareholders the opportunity to reinvest all or part of their dividends in additional shares in the Group at a 2.5% discount to the market price.
