Dividend Reinvestment Plan - currently suspended

WHK has an established Dividend Renivestment Plan. This Plan was suspended in August 2010 due to WHK's strong balance sheet and cash flow position.

When in operation, the dividend reinvestment plan offers eligible shareholders the opportunity to reinvest all or part of their dividends in additional shares in the Group at a set discount to the market price (most recently 2.5%).
