I think the service you and your staff offer is a very high quality one. Given that your people have both experience and qualifications (where appropriate) I think that the costs involved are very reasonable. Certainly accountancy is an area which I know very little of and which requires both professional and esoteric knowledge. In addition to that, I simply don't have the time or skill to do this myself. Among other things I find of value is the positive and reassuring manner that I am dealt with when I contact the firm. The measuring stick for me is - do I make more money out of you than I spend - and the answer to that is yes. I have no suggestions as to how the service offered could be improved as I feel it works very nicely as is.
