Alison commenced her career in Sydney gaining experience in the area of Commercial Lending.

She gained senior associate status with the Australian Institute of Bankers (now FINSIA) before returning to Wellington in 1992 to work in the field of Tax and Business Advisory. In conjunction with this, Alison maintained a hands on involvement in the operation of a mixed farming business.

Alison has experience working with a broad range of business in both urban (small and medium business) and country areas (farming families and small business).

Alison's specialist role at WHK is Estate and Succession Planning. She enjoys disseminating factual and technical information to assist families travel down the path of succession with the principal objective to allow for a smoother transition for all involved.
