What's in store for you as a member of our Graduate program?

National Induction Program

• You join over 100 other graduates from around Australia and New Zealand for our National Induction Program
• This week-long Induction Program provides you with not only the core technical skills and competencies to hit the ground running, but also professional and networking skills
• You will have the opportunity to meet with your peers and form valuable friendships and networks from day one
• Your WHK Melbourne induction will give you the opportunity to learn about the other divisions of WHK, an opportunity only a diverse firm can provide

Open Door Policy

• Accessible and involved Principals
• Team, Divisional and Firm wide meetings where, in line with one of our trademarks "Open", we encourage all members, regardless of role, to contribute and share their experiences and knowledge

Mentoring and Guidance

• You will be assigned a Buddy - your buddy will be a previous Graduate, and is there to make sure you are receiving the support you need throughout the program
• You will also be assigned your own Manager / Mentor who provide mentoring support not only on the technical areas of accounting but also on other crucial skills, such as managing workloads and soft skills
